Foundation Recruitment is currently working with a well‑known, industry‑leading, locally owned business operating out of Darwin, delivering projects across the Top End for a diverse range of clients, including the Government and Private Sectors.

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager & Project Manager with a strong track record in commercial construction or modular building to lead complex projects from concept to completion. This is your chance to join a professional, well‑supported team delivering quality projects across the Northern Territory.

This is a head office‑based role in Darwin, NT. This position will require the successful candidate to relocate to Darwin; FIFO is not an option.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of commercial construction projects
  • Managing budgets, programs, safety, and stakeholder relationships
  • Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and within spec
You Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience as a PM in commercial construction
  • Experience with modular building or manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of construction methodology and contract administration
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and client‑facing confidence
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects or larger‑scale builds
