Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects in Australia. Based in Victoria, you will own end-to-end delivery, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement within the PMO.

You’ll build cross-functional teams, drive governance and continuous improvement, and foster strong customer relationships across data centres, utilities and industrial environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' project management experience in electrical projects.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, resources, and risk.
• Strong communication and negotiation with customers.
• Ability to lead teams in complex environments.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, and delivery frameworks.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted project partner.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, safety, and delivery objectives.

What you’ll do:

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years' project management experience within the electrical industry.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project risk.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to lead teams and navigate complex project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
