Job summary

Brunel is partnering with a leading Australian construction firm to appoint an experienced Project Manager for commercial builds in Townsville and North Queensland. You will lead delivery of projects valued up to $60M, manage budgets, procure subcontractors, and drive timely, quality outcomes with strong client relationships.

The role requires 4+ years as a PM in commercial building and a solid grasp of contracts, procurement and cost control, plus excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Project Manager with a commercial building head contractor.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects around $50M.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, procurement and cost management.
• Confident managing project teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects through to successful completion.
• MUST have Australian experience
