My client has already had a successful 2025 and gearing up for a busy start to 2026 with work secured until 2031+. They are now hiring an experienced Project Manager due to growth.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries on projects between $20m - $100m+

Your Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5-10 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $100m+
