  • Experience as a Project Manager in rail, infrastructure, signaling, systems, or complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong capability in project delivery, stakeholder management and interface coordination.
  • Experience working in Alliance, JV, major contractor, or client-side environments.
  • Ability to manage technical interfaces (signaling, SCADA/OT, rail systems, electrical, civil).
  • Strong communication, planning and governance capability.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and comfort working in a fast-moving program environment.

Project Manager - Major Rail Facility (Queensland Train Manufacturing Program)

A major rail infrastructure alliance is delivering a new maintenance and stabling facility to support Queensland’s future passenger fleet. This multi-year program forms a critical part of the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP), enabling the introduction of 65 new six-car trains and modernizing rail operations across South East Queensland.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key workstreams within the facility delivery; ideally someone with exposure to rail systems, signaling interfaces, operational technology or complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure.

The Role

You will manage defined packages of work across the facility construction, rail systems integration, signaling interfaces, operational technology, and commissioning activities. Working within the Alliance, you’ll coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors and client stakeholders to ensure safe, timely and compliant delivery.
