  • Oversee Project Tracking: Use Jira to manage sprints, backlogs, issue tracking, and create burndown charts, velocity reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge bases in Confluence.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Manage Risks and Issues: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate Resources: Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure efficient resource utilisation.
  • Support Technical Processes: Apply understanding of SDLC, APIs, integrations, and CI/CD basics to guide project decisions.
  • Integrate Tools and Systems: Ensure effective use of Jira, Confluence, and version control systems like Git/GitHub for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Use Confluence macros and Excel/Google Sheets for dynamic reporting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in project management within Data or Cyber Security domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, integrations, and CI/CD principles.
