Job summary

BildGroup is seeking a civil project manager to run a portfolio of projects from our Ballarat office, overseeing up to three concurrent jobs ranging from $200,000 to $20 million across road, bridge, and safety works in regional Victoria and southern NSW. Some work is close to home, others require overnight stays.

You will own delivery, manage programmes, costs, and subcontractors, lead site teams, coordinate with government and clients, and plan resources to avoid gear clashes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing civil construction projects to completion.
• Confidence running commercial delivery, including programme, budget, variations and subcontract packages.
• Ability to hold several projects in your head at once and prioritise where your time goes.
• Current driver licence and willingness to travel across regional Victoria and southern NSW, including overnight stays.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Responsibilities

Useful, but not essential

A civil engineering degree, previous experience with local government or state road authority clients, and exposure to bridge or structures delivery.
