Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, data, AI, or cloud projects.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end data initiatives including data engineering, analytics, and AI projects.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure and modern data architectures.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for aData Project Managerto drive the successful delivery ofdata and AI initiatives. This role blendsstrategic planning, stakeholder management, and agile executionto ensure thatdata projects are delivered on time, within scope, and drive maximum business impact.

You’ll leadcross-functional teams, manage complex data projects, and work closely with clients to ensure theirdata transformation journeys are seamless and successful.

Your Impact

• Lead high-impact data projects– Manageend-to-end deliveryof data and AI initiatives.


• Drive project success– Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams– Work withdata engineers, analysts, architects, and business leadersto ensure smooth project execution.


• Ensure agile execution– ImplementAgile, Scrum, or Kanbanmethodologies for iterative and flexible project management.


• Manage stakeholders effectively– Engage with key stakeholders to align project goals with business strategy.


• Mitigate risks proactively– Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, ensuring smooth execution.


• Optimise project delivery– Continuously improve project processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experienceinproject management, preferably indata, AI, or cloud projects.


• Proven experience managing end-to-end data initiatives, includingdata engineering, analytics, and AI-driven projects.


• Expertise in Agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).


• Strong stakeholder managementskills with experience inleading cross-functional teams.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure) and modern data architectures.


• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.


• Exceptional communication skills– Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.


• A passion for delivering data-driven valueand driving organisational success through data initiatives.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.


• Experience withDatabricks, Apache Spark™, or cloud-native data platforms.


• Exposure toAI/ML projectsand data governance best practices.


• Prior experience in aconsulting or client-facing role.
