Job summary

AMP is seeking a finance professional to support its Transformation Portfolio by ensuring effective financial management, accurate forecasting and strong commercial governance across projects. The role helps AMP make smarter investment decisions and manage project costs with discipline, coordinating budgets, forecasts and spend insights.

You’ll work with project teams to drive business cases, identify risks and opportunities, and uplift finance capability across the portfolio while contributing

Qualifications

• A solid background in finance with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting project financials or interest in stepping deeper into project cost management.
• CPA/CA qualified or actively working toward completion.
• Comfortable working in evolving environments; experience with Agile or PMO processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to manage budgets, forecasts and actuals.
• Support business case development and drive strong commercial outcomes.
• Track, analyse and challenge project spend to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide clear financial insights to improve decision‑making across value streams.
• Uplift financial capability across the portfolio and simplify finance processes.
• Contribute to Agile and PMO reporting structures as AMP evolves its governance model.
