Job summary

Phillip Riley, on behalf of our client, a leading global bank in Sydney, seeks an Associate to join the Energy and Infrastructure focused team. The role concentrates on project finance transactions for top-tier clients across Australia.

Ideally you have 3–5 years of experience in project finance, either with a bank or within an energy/infrastructure corporate team, and you will work closely with managing directors on deal execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in project finance, preferably within banking or corporate energy/infrastructure.
• Experience with large, high-profile renewable energy and infrastructure transactions.
• Ability to work closely with senior origination executives on execution.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of project finance transactions for energy and infrastructure clients.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and deal teams across Australia.
• Contribute to negotiations, due diligence, and documentation.

Our client, a leading global Bank are looking to add an additional Associate to their Energy and Infrastructure focused team based in Sydney.

This position is focused on Project Finance transactions for a group of top tier clients across Australia. This team have worked on numerous high profile transactions with a large number of these across Renewable Energy.

Ideally you would currently be in a similar position (3-5 years experience) with another Bank but experience at an internal project Finance team within an Energy or Infrastructure focused Corporate would be equally of interest.

The team is lead by Managing Directors with outstanding track records of origination and this position will work closely with them on execution.
