Job summary

W3 Associates is seeking a Project Engineer (Wastewater Treatment) to join our growing team based in Sydney, with delivery across Brisbane or Melbourne. You will work under the guidance of an experienced national team to manage multiple water and wastewater projects from planning through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years project delivery experience.
• Water treatment experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Delivery of multiple water and wastewater treatment projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple water & wastewater treatment projects concurrently
• Manage resources including internal personnel and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and on budget
• Detailed documentation, including manuals, equipment lists, process and mechanical design drawings, layouts, functional descriptions
• Project planning and managing schedules, milestones and deliverables. report on progress against these to stakeholders and management.
• Oversee the development of project quality and safety documentation, including FAT’s, ITP’s, management plans, SWMS and other commissioning activities
• Operation, problems solving and optimization of WTP’s
• Financial control over projects including monthly reporting to senior management across all projects
