Constructability Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a Tier 2 civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the Newcastle and Hunter region. You will drive programmes for earthworks, roads, rail and structures, partnering with Project Managers and Site Engineers to meet safety, quality and commercial targets.

Take the next step in your engineering career with a leading Tier 2 civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the Newcastle and Hunter region.

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering complex civil works including earthworks, roads, rail and structures.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects while developing the skills required to progress into a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager role.

FIFO opportunities are also available from Newcastle.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering major civil infrastructure projects valued at $50M+, working closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers and Supervisors to drive programme, quality, safety and commercial outcomes.

This role provides exposure to technically challenging works while offering strong mentoring and a clear pathway into senior leadership roles.
