Job summary

Bouygues Construction in Australia is seeking a Project Engineer to deploy our dedicated solution for Public Works sites, including underground and engineering structures. You will analyze client needs, design adaptive solutions, and organize deployments across field teams.

You will collaborate in an international environment, bring curiosity about IoT and digitalization of sites, and provide ongoing support while monitoring project finances.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction methods on major projects such as tunnels and engineering structures.
• Interest in technology and digitalization of construction sites; passion for IoT and connected devices.
• Good written and spoken English; French knowledge beneficial in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the client need and explanations of use cases.

As a Project Engineer, you will be in charge of deploying our dedicated solution for Public Works sites at one of our customers: underground or engineering structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the client need and the explanation of the use cases
• Design solutions adapted to our clients from our service bricks
• Organize the deployment of the solution: provisioning, preparation of sensors, planning of deployments
• Coordinate and supervise field deployment teams
• Ensure the success of the client experience throughout the project
• Operational support for the users of the solution
• Financial monitoring of your projects

Qualification & Experience

• Experience with construction methods or equipment on major projects such as tunnels and engineering structures, along with a talent for digital products and services.
• Curious, thorough, and self-driven, with a keen ear for understanding your clients’ needs and pain points, always striving to find the best solutions.
• A team player who feels comfortable working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
• Interest in technology, IoT, connected objects, and the digitalization of construction sites.
• Proficient in English writing and speaking, with some knowledge of French being beneficial.
