Job summary

Constructability Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian civil contractor to appoint a Senior Project Delivery Manager. You will join an executive leadership team, oversee a portfolio of civil and infrastructure projects, and drive delivery excellence across dispersed sites.

You will report to the CEO and help shape strategy, culture and client outcomes. The role includes relocation support to Tasmania and a focus on safety, quality and stakeholder alignment.

• Extensive civil construction delivery experience in Australia.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects across dispersed locations.
• Strong commercial and contract management capabilities.

They’re now looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead their Project Managers and oversee a diverse portfolio of civil and infrastructure projects. The role reports directly to the CEO and sits in a collaborative leadership team, with the visibility and scope that a CEO pathway demands.

• A pragmatic senior leader with extensive civil construction delivery background in Australia
