Core Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for project‑related communications, coordinating activities and tasks among team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Documentation Management: Create, organise, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure they are available as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Assist in developing project schedules and timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.
Job Requirements
  • Availability to work from 8:30am to 5pm AEST.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.
Eligibility and Skills
  • Project coordination experience, serving as the main point of contact for all project‑related communication.
  • Proven ability to coordinate activities and tasks among team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Experience in creating, organising, and maintaining project documentation such as project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Skilled in resource management, including coordinating the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure availability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and planning, assisting in the development of project schedules and timelines to ensure on‑time and within‑budget completion of tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure no data is missed in project documentation.
  • Ability to share information in markdown format for clear and organized communication.
