A leading public oral health agency in Victoria is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) project. Oral Health Victoria (formerly Dental Health Services Victoria) is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. We aim to improve the oral health of all Victorians, particularly vulnerable groups, and those most in need. Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is funded by the State Government to provide clinical dental services to eligible Victorians. As trusted advisors in public oral health policy and program and guideline development, we continue to contribute to improving oral health in our communities.
The Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) project represents a significant multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiative at OHV, transforming how we deliver oral healthcare services. We are seeking an EoHR Project Coordinator who will work collaboratively with the Program Manager to ensure the EoHR Implementation meets governance, reporting and execution requirements. The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination of project management activities, tracking and monitoring whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
