Job summary

Multiplex in Adelaide is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide coordination and operational support across planning, programming, quality, and site delivery. You will work with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently in line with project requirements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, coordination, and the ability to read drawings and interpret technical documentation within a commercial construction context.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction or project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Understanding of Building Code of Australia and industry standards.
• Exposure to design management, procurement, estimating or contract administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning, programming, quality, stakeholder management and site delivery across key project activities.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

You'll drive project outcomes while building your technical and leadership capabilities within a high-performing team.This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Adelaide.As a Project Coordinator within Multiplex, you will provide coordination and operational support across key project activities, assisting with planning, programming, quality, stakeholder management and site delivery. You'll work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.The successful candidate will need:Experience within commercial construction, engineering or project delivery environments.Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and project delivery processes.Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.Understanding of the Building Code of Australia and construction industry standards.Exposure to design management, procurement, estimating or contract administration processes.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across site and office-based teams.A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture or a related discipline.A note on diversity:We're committed to building a workplace where people of all genders, cultures, identities, abilities and life experiences feel they belong.
