Qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or financial services experience.
• Current or recent experience in compliance & regulatory roles or financial crime.
• Citation discipline to identify exact regulatory subsection and flag uncertainty.
• CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent local credential is a strong positive signal.
• Strong written English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate rule application scenarios by reading compliance artifacts against regulations and citing subsections.
• Write sanctions alert disposition cases with structured reasoning and escalation scenarios.
• Build compliance testing scenarios: test design, findings, and examiner-ready memos.
• Develop policy gap identification cases where policy is silent or outdated.
• Document test cases with verified regulatory citations, never approximated.
