Job summary

Planned Resources is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural projects from design development through to documentation and construction. The role involves building strong client relationships, coordinating consultants and managing project delivery while supporting the practice's succession planning.

Based in the Central Tablelands region, you will contribute to business development and gradually assume greater leadership responsibilities as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Recognised architecture qualification required.
• Experience delivering projects through all design stages.
• Strong documentation and coordination with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept to construction.
• Manage design development, documentation and delivery.
• Coordinate consultants, clients and contractors.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, quality and compliance.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and long-term planning.
