Job summary

The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is seeking a Program Manager (NGNS Technical Lead) to oversee all design, technical, engineering and ICT aspects of the NGNS project across procurement, tender evaluation, contract finalisation and construction phases.

Based in Victoria, you will lead cross-disciplinary teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure value-for-money outcomes under the Partnerships Victoria framework, delivering nine new schools for the Education State.

Qualifications

• Leadership and project delivery capabilities with experience in major social infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills to interpret complex technical requirements and to manage consultants.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships, influence outcomes and balance priorities with delivery.
