Job summary

Defence Bank is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of initiatives aimed at improving member engagement, experience and product uptake across key Defence life moments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Operations, Technology and frontline staff, delivering consistent member experiences and insights to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
