Job summary

PRA in Sydney is seeking a Program Manager for Major ICT Programs on a 12-month contract. The role sits in a hybrid environment with onsite days across Parramatta, Olympic Park, and Surry Hills. You will lead strategic delivery of complex ICT programs with executive governance and financial discipline.

You will report to an Executive Director, work on behalf of a Project Board, and drive transformational outcomes across time, cost, and benefits while shaping future workforce plans.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of complex ICT programs in government or corporate settings.
• Program certification: MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile.
• Strong program-financial capability across funding, forecasting, and capitalisation.
• Enterprise governance, benefits management, and executive stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational delivery of complex ICT programs within time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
• Provide expert guidance across multiple projects on scope, planning, budget control, and quality assurance.
• Establish program-level performance metrics and reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Manage program funding, cashflow forecasting, accounting, and capitalisation with Financial Strategy.

The role

• Lead strategic and operational delivery of complex ICT programs within defined tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits
• Provide expert guidance across multiple projects on scope, planning, budget control, and quality assurance
• Establish program-level performance metrics and reporting to support executive decision-making
• Manage program funding, cashflow forecasting, accounting, and capitalisation with Financial Strategy
• Drive resource management and future workforce planning across the program

What you'll bring

• Proven delivery of complex, large-scale ICT programs in a corporate or government setting
• Program certification: MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile
• Strong program-financial capability across funding, forecasting, and capitalisation
• Enterprise governance, benefits management, and executive stakeholder influence
• Program-level reporting and resource planning discipline

Desirable: experience initiating and standing up new programs from launch.
