Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager for GWEO based in Yarrawonga, VIC, to help establish Australia's sovereign explosive ordnance and advanced weapons capability.

You will lead cross‑organisational collaboration among Defence, industry and international partners, align stakeholders and drive delivery within Australia, with a focus on knowledge transfer from US teams and long‑term regional capability growth.

Program Manager - GWEO - Based in Yarrawonga VIC

This is a rare opportunity to help establish a sovereign explosive ordnance and advanced weapons capability that will directly contribute to Australia's future Defence readiness.


While the initial phases of the program will be led by colleagues within our US business to support knowledge transfer, this role is responsible for bringing together Defence, industry, international partners and internal teams to ensure successful integration and delivery within Australia. Success will rely on your ability to build trusted relationships, align stakeholders, and navigate a complex environment where collaboration is critical to achieving outcomes.
