Maurice Blackburn Lawyers is seeking a Program Manager to translate strategy into action within the Personal Legal Services Innovation & Delivery team in Melbourne. You will shape governance, establish PMO practices and craft an integrated roadmap across multiple workstreams to drive delivery and realise benefits.
You will influence senior stakeholders, manage budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with Change Management to embed enduring change.

Sitting within ourInnovation & Delivery team in Personal Legal Services,you’llplay a key role in driving the Personal Law Strategic Program.You’llhelp shape andoperatethe program’s PMO capability, connect the dots across multiple initiatives, and give leaders a clear view of progress, priorities, risks,investmentand benefits.
Thisisn’ta role whereyou’llinherit a program plan and simply keep it updated.You’llhelpshape how the program runs-establishinggovernance and reporting, building the integrated roadmap, and working across teams to keep priorities aligned and delivery moving.
You’llbe at the centre of the program, working across Innovation & Delivery, Digital & Technology, Client Acquisition, our legalpracticesand Shared Services to bring teams,prioritiesand investments together.
We’relooking for someone who can think beyond individual projects andoperateconfidently at aprogram level-balancing the big picture with the detail needed to keep delivery on track.
You’llbring a strong background inprogram,projector PMO management, including experienceestablishingor building PMO capability across complex, multi-workstream programs.
Experience in legal, professional services or another regulated environment would be valuable, as would Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or change management certification. Butwe’rejust as interested in how you think, how you work with people and the outcomesyou’vedelivered.
