The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations and program delivery at our Armadale site.

This is a key leadership role responsible for:

  • Coordinating health, wellbeing, and community programs
  • Supporting and supervising staff under general direction
  • Ensuring culturally safe and client-focused service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with Aboriginal community members and local partners
  • Meeting funding requirements, reporting obligations, and compliance standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and workforce capability

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in coordinating community, health, or human services programs
  • Able to lead, supervise, and support multidisciplinary teams
  • Skilled at building respectful and trusting relationships with Aboriginal community
  • Knowledgeable about Aboriginal health, cultural safety, and Closing the Gap priorities
  • Capable of managing program outcomes, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Confident working under general direction and using initiative
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Management, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years’ leadership or program coordination experience
  • WA Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • COVID-19 vaccination in line with requirements
