Qualifications

  • 5+ years in OSHC or Education, including 3+ in leadership.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates.

About the Role

As Program Coordinator, you’ll oversee the delivery of engaging before school, after school, and vacation care programs. You’ll inspire your team, support diverse learners, and work closely with families and the school community to create a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for every child. You’ll be the heart of our service — leading with compassion, driving innovation, and ensuring we meet the highest standards of care and compliance.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Inspire a passionate team of educators and co-leaders
  • Develop & Embed inclusive behaviour support strategies in partnership with families and professionals
  • Ensure Excellence in compliance, program delivery, and continuous improvement under the National Quality Framework
  • Build Relationships with school leadership, families, and the wider community
  • Drive Engagement through exciting, child‑led programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework
What You’ll Bring
  • A Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Community Services or related field (or studying towards)
  • 5+ years in OSHC or Education, including 3+ in leadership
  • Experience supporting children with complex needs and leading behaviour guidance
  • Sound knowledge of NQS, OSHC compliance, and risk management
  • Budgeting and workforce planning skills
  • A current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates, plus Child Protection Training
