CIHE Australia invites applications for a Professional Experience Coordinator in North Sydney. You will lead and support fieldwork placements within our Bachelor of Community Services and contribute to developing field education structures for planned programs.

You will coordinate placements, build community and NGO partnerships, ensure compliance with AASW/CWA standards, support student learning, and develop fieldwork resources. AASW/CWA membership and strong organisational skills are desirable.

Formación

• Social work qualification eligible for full AASW membership or equivalent.
• Experience in field education coordination or supervision.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification professional practice in social work or community services.
• Strong understanding of CWA & AASW field education expectations and professional standards.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills.
• AASW membership or CWA professional recognition is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Work collaboratively as part of a team committed to investing in high-quality social work practice, research, and education.

Location: North Sydney

CIHE is recruiting a Professional Experience Coordinator to lead and support fieldwork placements within our Bachelor of Community Services, while also contributing to the development of field education structures for our planned Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work (Qualifying) programs.

What We’re Looking For

• A social work qualification eligible for full AASW membership (or equivalent)
