Job summary

Stratco Whitsundays in Proserpine is seeking a Production Team Member to support our manufacturing, warehousing and dispatch operations. You will help ensure products are made and delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.

Key tasks include interpreting drawings, operating roll form and sheet metal equipment, and safely handling materials with a forklift. A hands-on, flexible attitude and a focus on safety will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence and demonstrated forklift operating experience.
• A flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn multiple tasks across the site.
• Strong physical fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role.
• Desirable - Manufacturing, production or sheet metal experience.
• Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
• Your positive attitude, reliability and team-first approach set you apart.

About the Candidate

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Stratco Whitsundays team in Proserpine. Due to an internal transfer, we are seeking a versatile and motivated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing operation on a full-time basis.

• Essential - Current forklift licence and demonstrated forklift operating experience
