Production Workers & Order Pickers - LYTTON

Precision Labour Hire is seeking reliable Process Workers and Order Pickers for ongoing day, afternoon and night shift opportunities at a chemical manufacturing facility in Lytton.

Applicants must be available for immediate starts.

Day shift: Mon - Thurs: 6.00am - 2.30pm | Fri: 6.00am - 12.00pm

Afternoon shift: Mon – Thurs: 2.15pm – 10.45pm | Fri: 12.00pm – 6.00pm

Night shift: Mon - Thurs: 10.30pm - 6.15am | Fri: 6.00pm - 2.00am

Process Workers

Operating production and processing machinery

Assisting with manufacturing, packaging and palletising

Monitoring equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and reporting faults

Conducting quality checks and maintaining a safe, organised work area

Order Pickers w/ LF ticket

Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch

Operating a forklift as required, with approximately 90% manual handling and 10% forklift operation

Palletising, labelling and sealing products

Completing quality checks and following safety procedures

Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production or process experience for Process Worker positions

Current Australian forklift licence and previous forklift operating experience for Forklift Operator / Order Picker positions

Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling

Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team

Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours or employment duration

Mandatory PPE : Applicants must supply their own yellow long sleeved cotton shirt, long pants and steel-capped safety boots. Cotton clothing is compulsory in this chemical manufacturing environment; polyester and other synthetic clothing are not permitted.
