Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Carrum Downs (VIC) is hiring a Production Worker for a casual role in the production team. You will perform garment selection, scanning, inspection, folding, packing, labeling and dispatching orders to ensure high-quality service.

Prior experience in process work, hospitality or laundry is helpful but not essential. Pre-employment screening applies; right to work in Australia must be demonstrated at interview.

About The Role:

Our Production team are at the heart of our business. The Production Worker role is key to achieving our high-quality standards and delivering customer service excellence. This role will be a casual position with opportunities to progress to full time for the right person. Your responsibilities will include:

• Select item (garment) from tub


• Scan item


• Inspect for damage or stains


• Fold item


• Pack into a bag, label & send down conveyor


• Seal garment


• Sort and pack customer orders ready for delivery

You will need:

Prior experience as a process worker, pick/packer or in a hospital/hospitality environment that involved cleaning or laundry duties will assist you to get up and running quickly in your new role but is not essential.
