Job summary

TAG in NSW is hiring food process workers for our Eastern Creek site. Roles include operating machinery, preparing ingredients, packing meals, and ensuring hygiene. Training is provided, with shifts across day, afternoon, and night options.

No prior experience required; reliable, physically fit candidates with a positive attitude and a valid driver’s license will be considered. You must have the right to work in Australia and be able to work in a cold environment. Onsite parking is available.

TAG has partnered with one of Australia’s one of most diverse food manufacturing companies and is currently seeking to employ food process workers in Eastern Creek, NSW.

These roles are across Monday to Friday with both day, afternoon shifts and night shifts available. We have immediate starts available.

About the role

• Operate machinery and equipment to process food products efficiently and safely
• Prepare raw products such as meat, chicken, vegetables and dairy products
• Prepare sauces, sort vegetables and cut and measure ingredients
• Pack and seal fresh and frozen meals for despatch
• Clean and sanitise production areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure food safety by handling and processing raw ingredients
• Packaging on a conveyor belt line
• Receive comprehensive training provided, no prior experience required

To be successful for the role you will require the below:

• Ability to work 4-5 shifts per week
