Job summary

Global Rotomoulding, an Australian-owned manufacturer of water tanks and poly products, is hiring at its Helidon Spa site for Production Workers at entry to experienced levels. Immediate starts available; training provided and a strong safety culture emphasized.

You will operate rotational moulding machinery, assist with loading, demoulding, trimming, and finishing, and maintain records. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work rotating shifts are valued.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Forklift and/or crane experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks up to 25kg
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
• Reliable, with a good work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required

Responsibilities

• Operating and assisting with rotational moulding machinery
• Loading, demoulding, trimming, and finishing products
• Setting up moulds, materials, and inserts as required
• Completing in-process quality checks
• Maintaining accurate production and job records
• Assisting with basic machine and mould maintenance
• Operating overhead cranes (training provided if required)
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining clean, organised work areas in line with 6S standards
• Working as part of a proactive team with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement

We have multiple roles available, ranging from entry-level to experienced, with immediate starts available. Previous manufacturing or rotomoulding experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training is provided.
