Dipology Pty Ltd in Victoria, Kyneton, is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee daily food production, ensuring safety, quality and on-time targets. You will lead production staff, train team members, monitor equipment and resolve issues while maintaining HACCP standards.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate II in Food Processing (or willingness to complete), 2–3 years in manufacturing, and proven leadership with a focus on safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Certificate II in Food Processing or willingness to complete in house.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Proven leadership with a commitment to a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations and production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make quick, informed decisions.
• Physically capable of manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

The Production Team Leader is responsible overseeing production staff to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality food production, focusing on meeting daily targets, adhering to food safety standards (HACCP), and fostering a positive team culture. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, training, monitoring equipment, troubleshooting operational issues and adherence to all compliance requirements.

About you

• Certificate II in Food Processing or willingness to complete in house.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (2-3 years).
• Proven effective leadership experience demonstrating a commitment to achieving/maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and production equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and make quick, informed decisions.
• Physical capacity to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Strong understanding and commitment to safety protocols and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to conduct challenging conversations and report to management as required.
