How you'll make an impact

As Production Support Principal, you'll take end-to-end accountability for the stability, resilience, availability and operational performance of AMP's North platform and its supporting technology services. Sitting within Platforms Technology, this is a senior leadership role where you'll shape how a critical wealth platform is supported in production, bringing together technical leadership, service management, operational resilience and a strong focus on continually improving reliability and performance.

What you'll bring to the role

You'll bring significant leadership experience across Production Support, Technology Operations, Platform Operations, Site Reliability Engineering or a comparable enterprise technology environment, with a strong track record of owning highly available production services. You'll have enough technical depth across applications, infrastructure, databases, integrations, cloud and hybrid environments to challenge technical teams, interrogate root-cause analysis and ensure remediation is sustainable rather than simply treating the symptom.
