Job summary

Mars Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking Production Operators for our Wyong site. Join a 8-hour rotating shift pattern and become part of a team that delivers high-quality products to meet supplier demands.

You will operate all equipment safely, maintain Mars standards, and contribute to continuous improvements. A supportive environment focuses on career development, teamwork, and efficient shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Safely & competently operate all equipment.
• Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards.
• Maintaining general housekeeping within your designated work area
• Driving improvements.
• Checking schedules to forward plan for any changes.
• Completing effective shift handovers & ensuring changeovers are done smoothly.
• Part of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.
