Sonata Acoustic Panels, a growing brand within Fletcher Building, is seeking a motivated Production Operator to join the Dandenong South team. You will work across production equipment to ensure safe, accurate and on-time manufacture of acoustic products.

Ideal candidates have hands-on production experience, basic computer skills, a practical mindset, and a willingness to obtain a forklift licence. The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with over-time as needed and clear progression toward

Competenze

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or similar hands-on environment.
• A practical mindset with some mechanical know-how and an interest in learning how equipment works.
• Good attention to detail along with basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team member.
• A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area in line with safety and 5S requirements.
• Motivation to learn, develop new skills and contribute to continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Operate and start‑up / shutdown production equipment.
• Monitor product quality and adjust production parameters as needed.
• Help identify and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and safety requirements.
