Repairhub in Sydney's Banksmeadow area is seeking an experienced Repair Performance Manager (Production Manager) to lead our repair production team. You will drive performance, quality and efficiency at the site, ensuring standards are met and delivery targets are achieved.

The role requires leadership in a fast-growing automotive network; a trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting is preferred, along with Australian work rights and a valid licence.

• Previous site leadership experience in an automotive repair environment.
• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting preferred.
• Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repair Performance Manager (Production Manager) to lead the skilled Banksmeadow team. The Repair Performance Manager is a key leader responsible for the success of the repair production team to deliver exceptional performance outcomes and standards at the individual Repairhub site.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous experience in a similar site leadership position
• Trade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly advantageous.
• Computer literate, experience using Oneqone Autobody will be highly advantageous
• Appropriate Australian working rights and valid drivers licence
