Vili's Family Bakery in Yorketown, SA, is seeking a Production Kitchen Cook to join on a consistent Monday to Friday roster, 5:00am to 1:00pm. You will prepare and batch cook a variety of wet dishes for café and retail operations, maintain food safety, label and stage products, and adhere to daily production schedules and HACCP

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in bulk cooking or food production
• Experience working in a café, canteen, food truck, commercial kitchen or similar environment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable and punctual work ethic
• Pride in producing consistent, high‑quality food
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant commercial kitchen experience will be highly regarded.
