Job summary

Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics, driving new product development and medical education. An exciting Sydney-based opportunity focuses on growing Arthrex’s Distal Extremities (DEX) portfolio with a strong emphasis on business development and key customer partnerships.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work to deliver commercial success, tender support, and long-term customer value while collaborating with healthcare stakeholders across NSW.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or Surgical/Theatre sales would be highly desirable.
• Exceptional team player, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills

Responsibilities

• Delivering sales results in line with the business strategy for Arthrex’s market leading DEX portfolio products
• Lead business development initiatives and build strategic partnerships with KOLs and key decision-makers across NSW
• Actively supporting tenders and managing Private Hospital Group accounts
• Using metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance

About the Role

With a strong focus on business development and cultivating relationships with key customers and KOLs, you will drive portfolio growth across the region, identify new opportunities, and partner with healthcare stakeholders to deliver commercial success and long-term customer value.
