  • $127,641 - $149,295 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation

The team

Digital, Data and Technology – Digital drives excellence in regulatory operations by supporting core business systems and processes. The team develops and maintains ASIC's key platforms, including the CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, and associated data and document repositories.

The role

This role provides subject matter expertise and product owner services focusing on ASIC's external portal and transactions and digital services for a major program of work.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Stewardship and advocacy for high‑volume public-facing portal and transactions
  • Ensuring project teams align with enterprise platform processes and procedures
  • Building product backlogs to capture business and functional requirements
  • Collaborating with teams to refine requirements and design solutions
  • Upholding design principles through approved changes and enhancements
  • Partnering with Product Managers and SMEs to understand business processes and needs
  • Defining acceptance criteria for enterprise platform solutions
  • Coordinating and supporting UAT/PVT testing with business representatives
  • Managing enhancements and technical changes to meet business requirements
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies (Episerver, iApply, Outsystems, Boomi, Dynamics, or similar)
  • Understanding of ASIC's regulatory and operational processes (or ability to quickly acquire)
  • Experience in external-facing transaction/form development and maintenance
  • Strong written communication skills (editing/proofreading desirable)
  • Experience in complex technical and regulated environments
  • Skilled in engaging users and identifying process improvements
  • Ability to analyse requirements, resolve issues, and document solutions
  • Proven stakeholder relationship management across business and technology
