Job summary

Hastha Solutions in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager for a 6-month contract to lead the Easy Electric SEC product and Zoho integration.

You will own the product outcomes and backlog, translate customer needs into prioritised epics, define acceptance criteria, and manage dependencies, sprint priorities and readiness for release. Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder management is essential, with preference for energy/ utilities domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product ownership or product management roles, including 3+ years owning digital product backlogs.
• Strong Agile, stakeholder management, prioritisation and acceptance criteria skills.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into epics/stories and defining release readiness.
• Experience with CRM/integration delivery and utilities/energy domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes and backlog for Easy Electric SEC and the Zoho integration.
• Translate customer and business needs into prioritised epics/stories.
• Define acceptance criteria; manage dependencies, scope, sprint priorities, stakeholder decisions and readiness for release/hypercare.
• Maintain alignment between product priorities, service transition and operational support.
