Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a data and operations coordinator in Sydney to extract sales and shipment data, collate reports on product line positioning and competitor reviews, and manage pricing and content processes.

You will upload new products into forecasting system, coordinate events, and maintain CMS and e-commerce catalog interfaces while coordinating freight for advertising and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Extract sales/shipment data and collate statistical reports on product line positioning and competitor reviews
• Collate price books for submission to internal teams on internal portals
• Upload new products into forecasting system
• Attend/coordinate conferences, seminars, and meetings as and when needed
• Maintain and manage the internal content management database as well as external e-commerce ordering catalogue database/interface
• Freight coordination in product advertising, promotions, and media activities

Job description
