Job description

Build digital travel products that millions of customers rely on. At Webjet OTA, you’ll have the scope to turn real customer problems into simpler, smarter travel experiences and see the commercial impact of your work. We’re looking for a curious, commercially minded Product Manager who brings strong ideas, tests them quickly and rallies cross-functional squads around outcomes that matter.

Own the Product. Shape the Experience.

This is a hands‑on role with genuine ownership. You’ll shape the product problem, define the outcome and set the roadmap for an assigned digital domain. From discovery and experimentation through to release and optimisation, you’ll influence how customers search, book and manage travel, while improving conversion, customer value and operational performance.

What you’ll do
  • Turn customer insights and business strategy into a focused product vision, measurable outcomes and an actionable roadmap.
  • Get close to customers and the data to uncover friction, unmet needs and high-value opportunities.
  • Frame the right problems, challenge assumptions and run experiments before committing to major investment.
  • Make clear prioritisation decisions across customer value, commercial impact, effort, risk and technical sustainability.
  • Lead product direction within cross-functional squads and create clarity on what success looks like.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Customer Experience and Design, and Data and AI to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Measure what happens after launch, learn quickly and keep improving the product.
  • Bring stakeholders with you through clear storytelling, transparent trade-offs and evidence-based decisions.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience owning and improving a high-volume digital product or customer journey end to end.
  • A product mindset: you are energised by customer problems and outcomes, not simply feature delivery.
  • A track record of generating ideas, testing hypotheses and using evidence to make decisions.
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence working with conversion, revenue, customer value and operational measures.
  • Practical experience partnering with Engineering, Design and Data or Analytics teams.
  • The confidence to make trade-offs, influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Curiosity, sound judgement and the drive to keep learning after launch.
  • Experience in travel, mobile, search, checkout, personalisation, self-service, automation or AI-enabled products is a bonus, not a prerequisite.
Why Webjet?
