Job summary

Cuboid Ventures in Melbourne is seeking a Product Designer who thinks like a Product Manager to turn user insights into simple, intuitive experiences. You'll work with customers and pilots, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities.

Collaborate with our product and engineering leads to define priorities, own the design end-to-end from discovery to development-ready solutions, and push AI-enabled workflows to test with real users.

Qualifications

• Experience in product design or a hybrid design role.
• Strong Figma, prototyping and design system skills.
• Comfort engaging with customers and turning insights into solutions.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
• Excellent communication, curiosity and problem-solving.
• Understanding of software development and AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through interviews, workshops and pilots.
• Define user journeys and prioritize opportunities with the product lead.
• Own UX/UI design from discovery to development-ready solutions.
• Create workflows, wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate technical constraints.
