Macquarie Technology Group in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Product Delivery Lead to own a portfolio of internal applications across .NET, SaaS and microservices. You’ll work closely with a small squad of engineers, shaping roadmaps and delivering solutions with measurable business value.

You will use AI tools like Claude and Copilot daily to accelerate analysis, prototype solutions and automate repetitive delivery tasks, while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analyst with focus on requirements, processes and data.
• Product ownership: backlog, roadmaps, value-based trade-offs in Agile.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.
• Experience with SDLC and collaborating with software engineers.
• Technical fluency across custom software, SaaS and APIs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at all levels.
• Balanced strategic and BAU work across a product portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

About You.

• A hands-on analyst at heart — happiest in the detail of requirements,processesand data, not managing delivery from a distance.

• Already using AI tools in your day-to-day work, and genuinely curious about how far they can go.
• Comfortable in technical conversations with software engineers about APIs, integrations,dataand solution options.

• An effective communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence decisions across business and technology teams.
• Highly organised, self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Skills.

• 5+ years’ recent, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated Product Ownership experience: owning and prioritising a product backlog, shaping roadmaps and making value-based trade-off decisions within Agile delivery environments.
• Practical, current use of AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or similar.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams throughout the SDLC, from concept through to implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Technical fluency across custom software solutions,SaaS applications,APIsand modern technology platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
• Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational and BAU responsibilities across a product portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
