Job summary

BCF and Super Retail Group are seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to support safe and compliant products across our outdoor brands. You will advise on product safety, consumer law and regulatory requirements while collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, legal and compliance teams.

The role covers assessing compliance against Australian and New Zealand standards, reviewing testing outcomes, addressing risks, supporting recalls, and contributing to reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, product standards or compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of ACCC requirements, Australian Consumer Law, product safety regulations, standards or similar regulatory environments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability manage and interpret data.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience investigating issues, assessing risk and driving corrective actions.

Join the Super Retail Group as a Product Compliance Specialist, supporting the safe and compliant delivery of products across one of Australia's leading outdoor and adventure brands under our group umbrella, BCF. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in product safety, compliance and risk while working across a diverse range of products that help our customers enjoy the great outdoors.

What You'll Be Doing
