Job summary

tekFinder is seeking a Product Certification & Government Rebate Schemes specialist in Sydney to own certification across heat pump, air conditioning and battery products. You will manage end-to-end certification lifecycles, maintain a live certification register, and administer rebate schemes (CEC, CSIP-AUS, VEU, ESS, PDRS), coordinating with certification bodies, auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in regulatory compliance, certification or scheme administration.
• Knowledge of Australian product certification standards and rebate schemes.
• Experience liaising with certification bodies, laboratories, auditors or regulators.
• Ability to manage multiple certification programs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end certification lifecycle for heat pump, AC and battery products.
• Maintain live certification register with status, blockers and renewal deadlines.
• Manage rebate scheme applications (CEC, CSIP-AUS, VEU, ESS, PDRS) and monitor rule changes.
• Liaise with scheme administrators, auditors and regulators; lead audits and reviews.
• Support Sales/Marketing with up-to-date scheme eligibility information.
