Evolution Mining is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Specialist to influence commercial outcomes across our Cowal Operations in Australia. You’ll deliver strategic sourcing initiatives, manage complex procurement activities and drive value through contract and supplier management, while collaborating with operational leaders.

Working a regional lifestyle with flexible rosters, you’ll join a collaborative commercial team and help shape procurement across multiple spend categories and portfolios,

This is an opportunity to influence commercial outcomes across one of Australia's leading gold operations while building valuable relationships with stakeholders right across the business.

As a Procurement & Contracts Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives, managing complex procurement activities and driving value through effective contract and supplier management. Your work will directly support operational success while giving you exposure to a wide range of commercial and business functions.

Working a family friendly 5:2/4:3 roster (flexible rosters will be considered), you'll enjoy the benefits of a regional lifestyle without compromising on career growth. Based at our Cowal Operations and reporting to the Supply Superintendent, you'll:

• Strong Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions

Highly regarded:

• Mining, heavy industry, manufacturing or operational environment experience
• Exposure to category management frameworks
• Pronto or similar ERP system experience
• Qualifications in Procurement, Business, Commerce or Law
