Job summary

CCEP is seeking a Category Manager AP Procurement – Secondary Packaging for Australia, New Zealand and Pacific. You will lead category strategy and supplier partnerships to deliver cost savings, sustainable value and continuity across our secondary packaging portfolio.

Based at North Sydney head office or Auckland, with regional travel across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and PNG. You’ll work with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to drive sourcing, negotiations and supplier

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or commercial category management.
• Experience developing category strategies across geographies (multinational FMCG preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills with high-volume contracts.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Effective communicator with senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Proven project/change management skills and prioritisation.
• University degree or professional qualification.
• Motivated by continuous improvement, supplier innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute secondary packaging category strategy for AP cluster.
• Lead supplier relationships, tenders, negotiations and supply agreements.
• Identify cost reduction, supply optimisation and harmonisation across AP.
• Drive total cost of ownership while protecting quality and continuity.
• Forecast budgets, monitor costs and report financial risks.
• Develop risk management and alternative supply sources.
• Drive supplier innovation to improve performance and value.
• Ensure procurement governance and approval processes.
• Partner with suppliers to advance sustainability commitments.
