Job summary

Recruitment Select in Victoria, Shepparton, is seeking enthusiastic casual Process/Machine Operator to join the production team. You will work across multiple areas of the facility, set up equipment, perform with quality standards, and conduct quality checks.

Roles are Monday to Friday with no weekend work; shifts are rostered across weekdays. A strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot on machines are essential, with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Understand safety and quality operating principles in food manufacturing.
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test and hold a current Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Work across various areas of the Production Facility.
• Set up and changeovers with equipment.
• Perform with quality standards and conduct quality checks.
• Keep the process area clean to meet company compliance and standards.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.

We have a few positions for hard working casual Process/Machine Operator roles in the local area. No weekend work, shifts rostered throughout the weekdays, competitive pay rate on offer.

About the Role:
